We're hiring! We're looking for a Marketing & Content Design Assistant

Are you ready to join an award-winning team whose mission is to inspire everyday moments of joy?
Would you like to play a crucial role in our vision to globally spread positivity through our innovative, accessible, and colourful designs?
If so, you might be the Marketing and Content Design Assistant that we’re looking for. We’re Raspberry Blossom, based in Warwick, with a wealth of amazing retail partners and adding new ones every year.
Our partners come from all over the UK and internationally, and through our products, service and sense of joy, we’re going to inspire the world.
We’re looking for a talented and creative, digital media-loving individual that has a minimum of three years of experience in the same or similar role. You will play a vital role in supporting both our Sales and Marketing Team and our Creative Director by creating impactful, colourful and smile-inducing content in line with our values and company’s purpose. Are you ready for a new role, with unlimited, exciting and scalable opportunities?
Are you right for the role...
- Are you ambitious, driven, with a will to succeed?
- Do you believe in having fun in the workplace?
- Do you have high energy and the ability to work within a fast paced team?
- Own a positive can-do attitude and have an abundance of common sense?
- Do you have a minimum three years’ experience in creating amazing digital and social media content?
- Do you light up at the thought of creating content that brings smiles to faces (and sparks shares, saves, and comments)?
- Are you invested in following all of the latest trends across social channels?
- Do you thrive when juggling multiple creative tasks — from TikTok teasers to newsletter hero images — without dropping the ball?
- Comfortable to be involved with behind the scenes content creation
- Love writing witty captions and impactful copy that supports the content creation
- Can you take constructive feedback like a pro and bounce back with even better ideas?
- Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a real difference…
What would you be responsible for?
Creating joyful, high-impact content that helps Raspberry Blossom shine across every digital touchpoint — from social posts that stop the scroll to newsletters that make people smile. You’ll be the go-to person on all things social media and analyse content performance data in depth to help shape future creativity. Your work will support our mission to spread everyday moments of joy, while helping drive engagement, visibility, and sales across our customer base.
You'll do this by:
- Creating consistent digital content in Canva, Adobe (or others where needed) that aligns with seasonal campaigns, product launches, and key brand moments
- Supporting the marketing team with image creation and editing for emails, website imagery, and other marketing materials
- Taking photos and video to use to keep our social content looking fresh and on-trend, while staying true to the Raspberry Blossom vibe
- Content planning and scheduling of posts across the various social media channels including promotion of seasonal initiatives, product launches or ad-hoc promotions
- Repurposing product imagery and campaign assets into short-form, shareable formats that spark smiles and interaction
- Being on top of our site management, as well as third party sites, to monitor any broken links, outdated content or missing information.
- Keeping our content listings up-to-date across all online platforms (B2B, B2C and third party sites)
- Collaborate with the team to analyse the effectiveness of our content through customer feedback and data-driven metrics to constantly improve results
- Developing relationships with social media content creators and nurturing community engagement
Success in this role will be demonstrated by your ability to deliver joyful, on-brand content that drives engagement, supports campaign goals, and brings the Raspberry Blossom spirit to life across every digital touchpoint.
Why would you want to join us?:
- You will be part of a team of talented and dedicated professionals who definitely do not take themselves too seriously!
- 19.5 hours a week split across three days (with some flexibility in working hours)
- Basic pay of FTE £24k p/a, depending on experience
- 17 Days holiday per year (inclusive of bank holidays)

- Monthly team ‘Joy Committee’ event and company parties

Who is Raspberry Blossom?
Quite an important question. We’re a wife and husband duo who will be celebrating 11 years of running Raspberry Blossom in 2025. Primarily we have a greeting card and stationery product offering and are proud to be stocked by over 400 outlets in the UK, including some well known retailers such as Selfridges, Fortnum & Mason, Waterstones and Oliver Bonas. Our products are also distributed globally including USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mainland Europe, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore among others.
Our designs have picked up several awards over the years including three prestigious industry accolades including ‘Best Children's Range’ (2023), ‘Best Cute Range’ (2022) and ‘Best Contemporary Trend Range’ (2020). We’re super proud of these. Even more so when there are over 500 greeting card publishers in the UK alone.
However our purpose and core focus for Raspberry Blossom is to ignite connections and spread positivity through innovative, accessible, and heartfelt products that bring smiles to the world. That’s what gets us up in the morning (that, and our two young kids!).
